XKJ-450 Rubber Refining Mill
Products Profile:
The machine is mainly used for refining of reclaimed rubber and rubber sheeting. The rollers are made of chilled cast iron with wear-resistant hard surfaces. The two rollers are smooth ones with bored cavities and can be cooled homogeneously. The protective device is provided to protect the main parts from damage due to overload. In case of emergency, the safety rod is pulled down and the rollers will be stopped immediately.
Features of Rubber Refiner:
1. Roller:The roll is made of alloy chilled cast iron ,so the surface is hard and wearable;
2. Overload: This banbury open mixing mill has overload protection devices, Machine will be stopped automatically, if overloaded;
3 Emergency stop: .Perfect emergency stop device can ensure the safety of personnel and equipment:
*Must have the electrical emergency stop pushbutton
*Must install the emergency stop pull rod at the top of rollers (front side and rear side)
*Must install the brake device on the motor outlet end, and the brake device must be reliable acted when push down the emergency stop pushbutton or emergency stop rope and the machine stop running;
4 Stock Pan: stock pan is easy to clean up with dislodging device.
5. Gear box: The transmission system adopts ZQ Series,Hard Tooth Surface Reducer Series, Planetary Reducer Series,etc:
6 Easy Operate:.Human nature designed operating system reduces labor intensity;
7, Cooling System: circulation of steam and cooling water can be through rollers to control the temperature;
8, Safe Electrical Part: All electrical connections are safe:short circuit is not possible by any means.
