1 Usage:

it is mainly used for the refining of reclaimed rubber.

2 Features:

n The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy, so the surface is hard and wearable; the internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned.

n This machine has overload protection devices, and the major components cannot be damaged because of over loading.

n The machine is equipped with emergency braking device. When an emergent accident happens, draw the pull rod, and then the machine will stop at once. It is safe and reliable.

n The transmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer, which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.

n The base of the machine is complete frame , so it's very convenient for installation.

n The machine has scraper and crimping device, which enables to take the materials off from rolls.
