Introduction about the YCL Series induction motor:
YCL Series Single phase dual-capacitor asynchronous motor is designed and manufactured according to national standard, newly developed by our company with low noise, compact dimension, light weight, easy
Maintenance, etc. These motors are widely used on air compressors, pumps, fans, refrigeration, medical instruments, small-size machines, etc, especially for occasion where only single-phase power supply is available.

Features and Property:

--YCL Series Heavy-duty Single-phase Induction Motor are suitable for small size machine tools and water pumps, especially for family workshops where only singe-phase power supply is available. YCL motors are integrated with up-to-date design, totally enclosed and fan-cooling type. They are newly designed in conformity with the relevant requirements / rules of IEC standards.

--YCL Motor have the advantage of high efficiency, long working life, energy saving, high starting torque, low noise, small vibration, low temperature rising, reliable operation performance, easy & convenient maintenance. Fixing measurement and power grade completely conform to IEC standards.

--YCL Motor are capacitor starting when rated outputs is 3HP or below, within rated voltage and 50 Hz, the starting torque is three times more than the rated torque and 60 Hz is 2.75 times more; Motors for 4 HP or over are of capacitor starting and run type.

--The Connection-strap connection of YC motor must correspond to voltage.
--YCL series motors are totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) heavy-duty single-phase induction motors. The mounting dimension is fully conformed to IEC standard. When rated output is 3HP or below, motors are of capacitor start, and 4HP or above with capacitor start and run.

YCL series motors are integrated with up-to-date design, best quality materials construction, and possess the feature of pleasant-looking appearance, outstanding performance, easy maintenance. They also concentrate the advantages of large starting torque, smooth turning, low temperature rise, low noise and great overload performance.

Motor product labeling confirms to the following rules: Series Code + Frame Size + Iron Core Length No. + Motor Poles

Example: YCL 90 S - 2
YCL_means induction motor
90_the second part means the height of motor center (when the motor has no foot, it is same to motor with foot)
S_the third part means the base iron core length no. (S-Short Base, M-Medium Base, L-Long Base)
2_the forth part means the motor poles, this is a 2 poles motor, synchronous speed is 3000 r/min (50Hz); 3600 r/min (60Hz)
