Fiber ball filter products are steel round tanks and steel adopt pressure filtration and fiber balls as filter materials. With advantages of a high filtration rate, large capacity, good effect and economical space occupation. The products are suitable for direct filtration after biological wastewater treatment for a variety of industries, wastewater reuse, pretreatment for the advanced treatment and industrial water supply and swimming pool circulating water treatment. It can guarantee that the outflow SS is not less than 5mg / L when the flow SS is not greater than 80mg/L.

Working principle
Fiber ball filter material enables coacervation of suspended particles due to its great specific surface area and porosity, so that suspended particles in the water is adhered and interceptedon the filter layer. As the filter is flexible and has variable poroes, the porosity uniformity of the cross-section of the filter bed and rational change of gradient of vertical section intofiltration process ensure that high-speed and high-precision filter able to achieve.
