Using the Stun Gun in Self Defense:
1. Press the safety switch forward to the ON position.
2. Touch your assailant's body with the metal probes and press the Stun Activation Button.
3. Sending an electric shock to the assailant will have an effect no matter where the stun gun is touching the assailant's body. However, the maximum effect is achieved by touching the metal probes to the areas of upper shoulder, below Rib Cage or upper Hip.
4. It is important to note that you will not see or hear the electrical charge when it is pressed onto the assailant's body as you do when the unit is test fired. While the metal probes are pressed onto the assailant's body, you can hold down the Stun Activation Button for more than 1 second and it will not damage the unit as it will when being test fired.
5. You will not suffer a charge if you hold the assailant down, or if the assailant touches you, when you have the stun gun activated against the assailant.
