YZG Vacuum Drying Equipment
Application:
Thermal sensitive material that is easy to decompose, polymerize or denature.
Widly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronical industries
Heat source:
Low pressure steam or waster heat steam (water or oil designed as required)
Principle:
It is well known that vacuum dryer is to put raw material to the state of vacuum for heating and drying. If use vacuum to pump air and humidity out, the dry doeed will be faster.
It will increase impetus for heat and mass exchange. Therefore for certain heat exchange amount, it can save heat exhange area of evaporator
Features:
1. Disinfection before dryer. During the period of dryer, any impurity cannot be mixed into it.
2. Static vacuum dryer, material to be dried cannot be damaged.
3. Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of material solution will be reduce.
