The complete machine is made up of full-bridge (half-bridge) trestle\driving device\center rotary Support, scraping arm, cleaning shoe, current regulator tank\skimming device\outlet wire plate (Refer to chart 1 and chart 2), It has following characteristics:
1. Driving device uses shaft type reduction device directly connected to capstan idler, its construct is compact and mechanical efficiency is higher.
2. Movable arm scraper collects sludge using track of log spiral, so it has characteristics of good continuity and high efficiency of sludge collection.
3. The bottom of movable arm scraper has universal joint transport wheel, which can reduce the friction resistance of scraper with the bottom of tank.
4. It has double overload protection device of machinery and electricity, so its operation is safe.
5. Its operation is simple and can achieve long-distance control.
