Product Description
ZH HZS50 Construction Machinery
1. Adopt modular structure, install and disassemble rapidly, transport convenient. Provided with various of decorating form, adapt to requirements of different sites.
2. Adopt JS1000 concrete mixer with twin-shaft, high productivity, well mixing quality with the dry rigid, semi ragid, plasticity and various proportions of the cement, all can be completed within ideal time.
3. Many components of weighing system and control system adopt imported parts, computer control, guarantee the accuracy of measurement and the stability of performance.
4. All powder material are finished in the airtight condition, including feeding, dosing, weighing, charging and discharging. Mixer tower adopt high quality dust remover, the closed package of the mixer tower.
5. Every maintenance parts are equipped with platforms or ladders, host machine cleaning is equiped with a high-pressure pump rinser, with well maintenance performance.
6. Complete appliance adopt duplex computers control system, it can guarantee the continuance of production control of the system automatically when double computers switched. The dynamic panels display makes sure that the operator can get a clear understanding of the functioning of different parts. The visible monitor can watch the site work process clearly and accurately. It can also do the management of report statistics printing.
7. Electric control system adopt imported components to ensure high performance and stable working condition. Abnormal can be detected automatically by word, voice, light and warning, which is convenient for maintenance.
