We supply zirconium ferrosilicon or you may call it ferrosilicon zirconium. It is used not only as a gestation agent for high grades grey iron cast, but also a deoxidizer for steel making. It can well reduce the grey color during grey iron casting, also reduce the porosity of casting to improve the processing performance.
Our maker is carrying on standard melting technology for this product. The reliable materials of ferrosilicon, lime and zircon sand are put into electric arc furnace by electrode heating energy. The ferrosilicon can well deoxidize zircon sand to get high zirconium content and reduce the impurities.
