Flap discs and wheels are suitable for:

Flap Discs and wheels types and densities:
T-27 - Used for grinding flat surfaces. Most efficient when used at a
0-15 degree angle.
T-29 - Conical shape provides an excellent angle for contour and
Edge grinding. Best at a wider angle of 15 to 25 degrees.
The types are available in two densities: Regular and XL.
XL density contains approximately 60% more material than the regular density.
Flap discs Z/A - Zirconia alumina coated, for high-alloyed steel, stainless steel and heat-treated steel.
Used for blending and finishing in one operation, flap discs replace the traditional T-27 depressed centre discs and fibre discs. Suitable for:
Grinding and finishing of welds
Deburring, rust removal and snagging
Excellent for surface finishing
