Product Description
This ZP35 Tablet Pressing Machine is a double-press type. Continous automatic tablet press for presssing granular raw materials into tablets. ZP35 Tablet Pressing Machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries.
Characteristics:
1. The outside part of the machine is fully-enclosed, The material of the cover and the inside bable face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the lustre of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the G. M. P rerquirement.
2. ZP35 Tablet Pressing Machine has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the window can be opened.
3. Cleaning and maintenance is easier.
4. The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
5. The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.
6. All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.
7. The hydraulic system can assure the stable of the system.
8. A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
9. This machine also has electronic magic driver and other safety protection device which can be adjusted and operated when running.
10. The punches and dies are also applicable to Model ZP19 ZP33.
