ZQ series crane speed reducer gearbox
PM(ZQ/ZQH/ZQA )series soft gear face cylindrical gear speed reducer mainly used for crane, mining and general chemical, textile, etc, their applied conditions are as follows:
1 reducer gear circumferential velocity is not more than 4 m/s
2 reducer high speed shaft speed is not more than 1500 r/min
3 reducer used in positive and negative two to work. When the belt non-return device, the output is to be the direction of the shaft end to see shall prevail
4 reducer working environment temperature for -40 to 40 degrees celsius
5 reducer has 9 kinds of transmission ratio, 9 kinds of configuration model and three kinds of low speed axial shaft end forms.

Z (PM)series gearboxes have 9 kinds of configuration model, 9 standard ratio: 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20, 25, 31.5, 40, 50. The actual transmission ratio: 8.23, 10.35, 12.64, 15.75, 20.49, 23.34, 31.50, 40.17, 48.57.
ZQA series reducer is on the basis of ZQ series reducer design improvements, in order to facilitate replacement ZQ series reducer, the appearance and installation dimensions, size of shaft end unchanged, under the condition of changing the material of gear, gear shaft, to improve the hardness and the gear bearing capacity, increase the bearing capacity of the ZQA series reducer. ZQA type reducer is mainly used for lifting, mining and general chemical industry, textile, light industry, etc.
