Prosky batch freezers are the latest, third generation Italian gelato hard ice cream maker. The electronic batch freezers are used to make artisan gelato hard ice cream with intelligent, dynamic control of the whole gelato making cycle. They are quite easy to use and ideal for any ice cream manufacturer: Prepare for the mixes, put into the cylinder and then press a button. Within 6-10 minutes (according to the mixes), the genuine Italian ice-cream could be ready.

FLAT TOP
Complete flat machine top where can hold other devices, such as mix boilers.

FEED PORT
Unique feed port avoids feed block and mix spurt out, resulting in all along genuine good taste ice cream

CYLINDER
Special Oversized diameter of freezing cylinder with high smoothness and low wearing capacity discharges the mix thoroughly with no stick.

AGITATOR
Without a central shaft and with cold resistant blades for the complete expulsion of the ice-cream. Stiff but light, it has new self regulating leaf spring dasher blades to guarantee the constant cleaning and high output of the cylinder.

OVER-THICK STEEL DOOR
25MM thick steel door increases the door rigidity and heat preservation effect, and prevents transformation. Door opening angle limited design prevents the lid and front panel broken.

DOOR
Insulating door with opening, loading and unloading safety device; Unique clamping mechanism for quick door opening and closing; Special hinge for easy door assembly and dismantling.

ICE-CREAM DISPENSING OPENING
The new stainless steel cylinder door has a bigger opening from which the ice-cream can be extracted faster with less mechanical stress.

MAT FOR CONTAINERS
The hard rubber mat on the shelf holds the common ice-cream containers. It therefore enables the operator to have one hand free for mixing and enriching the ice-cream while it is extracted from the batch freezer.

SORBET
The sorbet program alternates production and breaks so that the delicious sorbet is crystallised in a perfectly homogenous manner.

CLEANING
The machine comes with a practical built in water hose and independent control valve to clean the machine completely.

NEW-DESIGNED PULLEY
High-balanced pulley is durable and easy to remove for replacement

FRONT DISPLAY
The front display is easy to operate. Every freezing cycle is continuously monitored on the display, allowing the operator to manage the product's working phases at any time.

ERGONOMICS
Designed and built not to make one tired. The hopper at the front where the mix is added and the dispenser positioned high allow the operator to work in an upright position. The control panel is right in front of the operator, inclined towards his eyes and therefore easy to read and use.
