Usage and operation
Before operation, according to the requirement of the operation, regulate the
Temperature regulator on the control board to the needed and adjust the time regulator to the required dwell time. Whe the temperature reached to the adjusted one, press down the start button and the oil pump begin to work. At this time, the oil pump is in the unload condition. Pull out the operation table, place the leather need to coining and the press mould on the center of the movable table and then push the operation table to the end. Press down the raising button on the control board, and the movable raised to coining, until reach the dwell time, the movable board down to the original place automatically and pull out the table to take out the work-piece. Caution: Do not pull out the operation table until the movable board down to the original place. In the course of operation, if there is urgency that the oil tank need to fall urgently, press down the urgency button is OK, and the oil tank would fall.
Maintenance
1. The oil tank and the valve parts of this machine act frequently and with high pressure that the seal part of the oil tank is quick wear or damaged. If there appeared a mark drop in pressure (indicated in the piezometer), check the seal parts of the oil tank or replace it if the pressure is less than 40Kg/cm2.
2. The hydraulic oil used in this machine is 68 wear-proofing oil. Clean the oil pool and replace the oil once half a year.
