Brief Introduction:

Tianjin Baolai Steel Industry Group Co., Ltd is a comprehensive company, which focus on welded steel pipes and other steel products. Established in 1991, Baolai is among the first few specialized companies that develop and manufacture ordinary and special diameter welded steel pipes. We manufacture API, ASTM, BS, DIN and JIS standards pipes with galvanizing facility. Our annual capacity is approximately 1, 200, 000MT in various specifications and export 150, 000MT to all over the world.

We have been awarded "Top Ten Collective and Private Exporters of Tianjin" by Tianjin Commerce Department, "Top Ten Exporters of Hexi District" by Tianjin Hexi Commerce Department, "Top 100 Enterprises of Tianjin" by Tianjin government in two consecutive years, and a credit rating "AAA" by Banks.

We are ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) certified company and have been awarded all popular certificates including API 5L, API 5CT, CE (TUV), DIN, LR, UL, OHSAS, KS, JIS etc., so our steel pipes have the access to any market in the world. Our pipes have been exported to more than 100 countries and areas in the past 25 years.

Quality is one of the Core Values of our company. A special emphasis is placed on the Quality of our steel pipe.

We have our own R & D and Quality Control Center. It has been identified as "Tianjin Enterprise Technology Center".

We have a complete set of advanced manufacturering equipments and inspection & test machine including Charpy impact test machine, elongation test machine, metallographic and hardness test machine, spectrograph and C. S analysis machines.

Our pipe quality is controlled strictly in accordance to different requirements of various specifications in the whole manufacturing process and later processing treatment, such as Chemical Component Analysis, Mechanical Properties (Ultimate tensile strength, Yield strength, Elongation), Metallographic Test, Technical Properties(Bending Test, Charpy-V Impact Test, Hydrostatic Test, X-ray Test, Ultrasonic Test...
