Tianjin KAIWEI & YONGLI United Chemical Co., Ltd., was founded in Jan. 28 2010 by Tianjin Kaiwei Investmen Group Co., Ltd. And Tianjin BOHAI Chemical Industry Group Co. ---Tianjin Soda Plant(TSP). KAIWEI & YONGLI mainly devotes themselves to high quality White Mineral Oil production, and a 200, 000mt/a White Oil Unit are under construction, which will be carry out with two steps, the first stage would achieve 10, 000mt/a capacity of producing wide viscosity range of cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical grade White Mineral Oil, which has already put into operation, and next step would achieve 20, 000mt/a capacity in total, which may start 1-2 years after start-up of first stage. The whole plant covers an area of 27430 m2.

Core-Technology of KAIWEI & YONGLI 20, 000mt/a White Oil Unit is introduced from Chevron Lummus Globle LLC (CLG), named CLG ISO-FINISHING PROCESS, which is the most advanced HDF process in nowadays. Chevron Corporation has incontrovertible advantages among ISO-CRACKING, ISO-DEWAXING and ISO-FINISHING field for many years, and owns many kinds of White Oil production patents.

In this Unit, Group II base oil would been through multi-stage hydro-treating process with the assistance of noble-metal catalyst, and finally turns into super quality White Mineral Oil products, which will lead the high quality White Oil production field in China in near future.
