The warranty for self-balancing scooter is one year, except battery is six months.

We will not provide free repair as the following situation happen.

1. The damage is caused by improper use;

2 Customer repair or modify the product by themselves.

3. The appearance has seriously damaged product identification is lost, seller can not recognize the origin of the goods.

4. The damage is caused due to earthquakes, flood, fire and other natural disasters.

5. Other human factors. Secondly, Out of guarantee period, customer need pay a reasonable fee for repair.
