General info:
Dust-Free/Vacuum Drying Test Chamber can provide dust free or vacuum heating testing environment to materials that require a high temperature and dust free environment or have the nature of dry thermal sensitivity, easy deposition or oxidation. The test room can remain dust free and vacuum in some relative level during the test and can input inactive air. Therefore, even for some complicated materials, the chamber can do rapid drying, thermal process, aging or other high temperature test. The Dust-Free/Vacuum Drying Test Chamber is widely used in electrical LCD, semiconductor, biochemistry, chemistry and pharmacy, agriculture research and environmental protection, etc.
