Flexible Manufacturing System
1.System overview
DMPS-500C modular training system is use flexible manufacturing system which is composed of PROFIBUS-DP bus. To complete workpieces distribution, testing, processing, handling, storage and other processes, a true representation of the actual industrial production processes. Each station of the system is mounted on an aluminum substrate with a groove, each station can be easily connected together to form an automated flexible manufacturing line. Each station that can be self-contained, and can be interrelated with each other stations, constitute the system unity, is easy to set up, demolition and maintenance between the various modules, can be freely combined between each workstation. Exchange of information between the station and the station via PROFIBUS-DP bus pass data, current work status and data processing situation of each station are aggregated into total control platform, the total control platform based on the need to coordinate the appropriate action for each station, and finally each station to complete an order system issued gently, harmoniously.
The system covers the mechanical, electrical, optical and pneumatic professionals involved in multi-disciplinary, multi-disciplinary knowledge, you minimize decrease gap between the training process and the actual production process, technologies involved include: electrician, electric drive, sensing technology, pneumatic technology, robot assembly, PLC, touch screen, industrial automation networks, automated production line assembly and commissioning training content.
The system uses a separate unit modular design, use electrical bus and mechanical bus to complete, the final between modules (station) connected, each unit module (station) can work independently, but also the various system units combined to a variety of different training models following process requirements, through electrical bus; control signals and power signals of all controllers, sensors, actuators are diverted to the interface unit, the interface has specially designed misuse protection circuit ensures that the people, machine safety.
Commonly used sensor technology, electrical machine technology, pneumatic technology, control technology, servo drive technology, communications technology in automatic production line , like the human sensory system, motion system, brain and nervous system.
PLC is like the human brain; Software is like the central nervous system in the brain; photoelectric sensors, inductive sensors like the human eye; magnetic switches like the human touch; motor and belt like a man's leg; robot device like the human hands and arms; electromagnetic valve like human muscle; communication bus like human nervous system.
