TW301 All Weather Elasti
Paint Description:
A premium exterior acrylic water based flat finish. It provides micro crack covering, mould resistant, easy to apply, and has excellent covering power.
Paint Suitable Surfaces:
Exterior surfaces including concrete, brick, cement mortar, cement sheet.
Paint Advantages:
1. Excellent weather resistance. It can protect against sunlight, and make the paint fade fast.
2. The paint has good extensibility so that the paint film can prevent cracking even below 0º C.
3. Excellent water resistance. It can avoid corrosion, and particularly prevent the rain and corrosive gas from ruining the exterior walls of the architectural buildings.
4. Strong stain resistance. The surface is fine and fresh lasting for years.
5. Excellent mould proof property.
6. Excellent covering power with strong adhesive attraction against bulking, peeling.
Paint Technical Specification:
*Color: Available in a wide range of colours
*Gloss level: Flat
*Coverage: Up to 12 m² /L at the fist time, depending on the surface texture, porosity and the method of application.
*Temperature: Avoid application when surface temperature is below 10º C or above 35º C and particularly in dry, windy or wet conditions.
*Thinning: Thinning is not recommended. In hot weather, or application by spray, thinning with water up to 5% may aid application.
