Factory 3 lines Automatic Drawing Type Facial Tissue Machine What is the details of this machine? The facial tissue machine use to slit the and fold the paper web on the cutting roller into interleaved facial tissue. With vacuum folding unit, Automatic stacking unit, this machine features high speed, precious counting and low wastage. The facial tissue making machinery adopt advanced PLC programminglogic controlling technology, variable frequency speed regulation, automatic stagger calculating for dividing layers, and a HMI operation interface inputting display control system.With a high degree of automation, these machinery fold original paper into gemel shape and rectangular tissue by vertically and horizontally slitting rolls after embossing. With simple control and high production efficiency, this machine can load original paper with 2 shafts. Slitting, edge removing, compounding and folding can be finished at the same time, thereby reducing production stages and lowering expenses.

7) With an original paper edge removing device, the process of uninterrupted slitting and edge removing can be run at the same time
8) Adopts a vacuum pump adsorption system to ensure large absorbing volume and stable pressure loading
