Jaw Crusher description:
1. Efficient Jaw Crusher (PEF) Application:
PE series jaw crusher, whose reduction ratio up to 4-6 and the finished products are even, can be widely used in breaking hard, medium-hard, soft ore, such as various kinds of ore, the solvent, slag, building stones, marble, etc. Compression strength does not exceed 320PA. This machine is suitable for mines, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry, etc.

3. Efficient Jaw Crusher Working principle:
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves. So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
Efficient Jaw Crusher's leather belt and wheel are driven by the electric motor, then the movable jaw begins to move up and down by the eccentric shaft, when the movable jaw move from top to bottom, the angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller, the materials are crushed into pieces to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw moves from bottom to top, the angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes bigger, the movable jaw plate deviates from the fixed jaw plate under the function of drag rod and spring, at this moment, the crushed materials are discharged from the bottom outlet of the crushing cavity.

III. Applications:
