Product Description

Powder coatings is a very durable method of providing a decorative finish to metals and a range of other materials. It offers many advantages over other finishes including:

1. A wide range of finishes and colours including metallic, glossy, rough and textured.

3. Powder coating can be applied to most metal components including steel, Zinc, brass and aluminium.
4. The durable finish provides a surface finish which is less prone to chipping, marking and scratching.
5. Powder coating can be applied to components used internally and externally.

In addition to a wide range of colors and textures, an almost infinite range of properties can be bulit into the finish. Examples include resistance to ultra-violet rays, enhanced durability and better corrosion resistance. Thousands of different kinds of parts and products are now powder coated. Examples include dryer drums, refrigerator liners, hospital beds, metal furniture, electrical cabinets, lighting fixtures, power saws, farm implements, curtain rods, ceiling fans, light truck bodies, engine, suspension, frame and other auto parts, motorcycle frames, bicycle frames, etc.
