Structure:
Drum, two pass fire tube, three pass fire tube, front pipe sheet, floating ball controler tube socket, electrode tube socket, auxiliary steam valve tube socket, main steam valve tube socket, safe valve tube socket, manhole etc.

Boiler steam and water system:
Soft water— Feed water pump — Economizer — Feed water tube ——Boiler drum Steam and water seperator— Main steam valve Gas-distributing cylinder — Steam user equipment

Boiler steam and water system:
Fuel & air — Burner — Furnace (burning) — Reburning chamber (smoke) — secondary pass fire-tube —  front smoke box sway thirdary pass fire-tube — back smoke box — economizer — flued induced draft fan — chimney — discharge into atmosphere.
