IIIntroduction
Shaking table is effective gravity separation equipment which can be used for different operations, applies to the sorting of nonferrous metal, ferrous metal, rare and precious metal, gold and nonmetallic ores of fine grains. It can carry out ore concentration operation independently and also can operate in conjunction with jip, screw separator, centrifugal separator. Shaking table is to make separations based on the difference of specific gravity of feed materials reciprocating asymmetrical movement and the stratification performance of the inclined table surface in the lateral water flow with obvious zone of the minerals with different specific gravities on the table, high quality of concentrates produced, convenient operation and adjustment.

4The structure of the Shaking table
Shaking table is mainly composed of eight components, which are table head, electric motor, slope control, deck, feed box, water tank, gun spokes and lubrication system.

3. Feed and Water Box: A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
4. Base: A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is available.
5. Working Principle: The vertical and reciprocating motion of the deck is drove by crank-connecting. The motor drives the eccentric shafts to rotate and the connecting rod to move up and down. When the connecting rod makes a downward movement, the toggle plate will back shaft and reciprocating level backward.
At the same time, through the tension of spring, it drives the deck to move backward, because the deck is connected with the reciprocation lever by linkage seat. When the rod moves upwards, through the force from spring tension, the deck makes a forward movement.
