Introduction:

Composition: Special highly active cationic quaternary ammonium salt
Dilution Method:
A. Warm dilution: Add the Soft Powder slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%, stirring 3-5min and gradually heating temperature to 60-70ºC, continue to stirring for 10-15min to until uniform slurry, cool reserve.
B. Cold dilution: Add the Soft Powder slowly into 20-30ºC water in the proportion of 6-10%, stirring 3-5min , it dispersed, standing soaked in 1-2h, and then low-speed stirring until uniform slurry, set aside.
C. Direct use of the method: In washing plant, printing and dyeing mill softening process, if too soft time greater than 2 min, take the weight good Soft powder RS directly invested in the running washing machine within the hydraulic cylinder and the outer casing, washing plant in general long jeans 100-150/machine, use soft powder RS:300-500G.
Direction for Usage:
Softener powder usage is the same as Softener Flake,silicone oil. Can be use for immersion and dip padding method:
A. Dip padding method: 20-30g/L, Temperature 40-50ºC. One-dip-one-nip or Double-dip-double-nip
B. Immersion method:5-8% (O.W.F) , optimum temperature 50-60ºC,15-30 min.
Properties:
— Finishing of cotton and chemical fiber or chemical fiber cotton blends, rayon, synthetic fibers and other products, can obtain excellent softness and smoothness.
— Can be used in cotton, polyester, acrylic, cotton and other fibers soft finish
— Especially for the needle, shuttle T/C fabric softness, can give denim garment washing soft, smooth effect.
Storage & Packing:
1. Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
2. 25kg per bag.
