Description:

Direction method:
A. Cool dilution: Pour the softener flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%, stirring 3-5min and gradually heating temperature to 60-70 ºC, continue to stirring for 10-15min to until uniform slurry, cool reserve.
B. Cold dilution: Pour the softener flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%, stirring 3-5min , it dispersed, standing soaked in 1-2h, and then low-speed stirring until uniform slurry, set aside.
C. Direct use of the method: In washing plant, printing and dyeing mill softening process, if too soft time greater than 2 min, take the weight good Softener powder RC directly invested in the running washing machine within the hydraulic cylinder and the outer casing, washing plant in general long jeans 100-150/machine, use soft powder RS:300-500G.
Direction for Usage:
Softener powder RC usage the same as Softener Flake,silicone oil. Can be use for immersion and dip padding method:
A. Dip padding method: Softener powder RC of dilution: 20-30g/L, Temperature 40-50 ºC. One-dip-one-nip or Double-dip-double-nip
B. Immersion method: Softener powder RC of dilution: 5-8% (O.W.F) optimum temperature 50-60 ºC,15-30 min.
Properties:
