Scope of application
TLYS1-B series surge protective deices are suitable in AC 50hz/60hz,230v/400v and the following TT,IT,TN-S,TN-C-S power supply system,etc.And can release 100KA overcurrent when lightning struck.Its design conforms to the IEC61643-1,GB18802.1-2002,GB50057-94 requirements,which is used in the distribution box of family-housing,computer center,information equipments,electrical facilities as well as plug seat box.

Installation guidance and electrical connection
TLYS1-C series protector may be close enough to protect applications installed on the client device on the need to protect the uplink side (pull cord connected immediately downstream line), connecting the outer conductor (L1, L2, L3) or neutral (N) and the client device grounding.Installed in LPZOA / OB area and LPZ1 area or LPZ1 area at the junction with LPZ2, usually installed in the inlet line low-voltage main distribution cabinet.

Purpose and working condition
Failure from the device
On the module of SPD,it sets failure a from the device.When the protector overheats and breaks down failure, failure from the device can automatically remove it from the power line out.Meanwhile gives an indication signal out.Signage displays green when protector is normal,while it displays red after failure from the device.
Remote signaling contact
SPD can be made with a variety of remote signaling contact.If a module or multiple modules of protector are fail, the contact will close and send fault information out.
Normal working conditions of protector:
1.Altitude does not exceed 2000m;
2.Ambient air temperature:Normal range:-5 ~+40 °C, extended range:-40 ~ +80 °C;
3.Relative humidity:30% -90% under the conditions of room temperature
4.No significant shake and shock vibration
5.No explosive medium, and the medium is not able enough to corrode metal and to damage the insulation of gas and dust (including conductive dust)
