1. Technological Instruction:
Adopting ways of transportation by tins or buckets, the waste mineral oil are unloaded into Filtering ponds directly. After the process of sedimentation and filter, pumped the waste oil into Oil-water separator, then discharge the waste water and pump the isolated oil to tank separately. Through secondary filter, heat the oil up to certain temperature, feed it continuously flow to vacuumFilm evaporator, further desorbs the water in the waste mineral oil to isolate the clean oil and heavy oil. Then start the secondary filtration in molecular distillers to distillate the lubricating oil with Siemens, PLC and color touch screen to control the whole process. After cooling in condensator and stand still in buffer tank, pump the end product into tank.
