3. Key Features
PHOENIXWELD SJ101G is a neutral flux designed to provide superior impact toughness under high heat in-put welding. It features good bead appearance, easy removal slag, excellent operating characteristics.
4. Typical Applications
Single or double wire weld pressure vessel, X70 and X80 grade pipe applications boilers, bridges, ships, wind power equipments, and other low alloy high strength steel welding.
5. Attention
Re-dry flux at 300-350° (572-662° F) for 60 mins before welding.
Remove rust, water scale, primer and other contaminants to obtain excellent weld deposit.
In condition of multi-layer welding, Low current and welding speed are required in backing welding of groove welding.
6. Package
Fluxes are packed in 25KG for moisture repellent bag, 25KG for bucket, 400KG for bulk bag.
