This dryer can dry sawdust, rice husk, milled wheat straw, milled cotton/corn stalks etc. From moisture content 25-40% to 8-12%
Working principle: In sawdust dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materialis suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and raw material is large, so the heat transfer rate is high. It's peculiarly suitable for drying heat sensitive material like sawdust, rice husk, milled wheat straw, milled cotton/corn stalks etc.
The NHGJ Series dryer has two boilers and suitable for the material with higher moisture content 25-40%. It can reduce moisture from 20%-45% to 8-12% only one passage.
