Total Auto Filter Press Plant
This is new made total auto filter press plant, it is with membrane filter press XMZG1250, filtering area 250 m2, with auto open and close system, with bomb door system, with belt conveyor, with auto washing cloth system, with working plant, with feeding pump. Need only one employee to be the inspector.
It also can be mobile by puting on the truck.
This plant is made for the USA customer. Both of us are satisfied of this plant.
Membrane filter press consists of membrane plate and filter chamber made of ordered filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material. When solid in slurry material becomes cake shape, air is sent to membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. If users have high requirement about filtration of sticky material and moisture content ratio, this machine has its own special characteristics to meet the need.
This production is widely applied in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, sugar, starch, paper, coalwashing, ceramics, mineral processing and various sewage treatment industries' separation the solid-liquid.
