Electronical Controlled Pneumatic Suspension Training Workbench
1. Introduction
The training platform select electronical controlled pneumatic suspension system LS400, with complete accessories, all parts are original parts, production quality management according to requirement of ISO9001: 2008 standards. Simulate work processes of air suspension system to automatically raise, lower and damping changing under various driving conditions. Suitable for electronical controlled pneumatic suspension system construction and maintenance training, practice teaching of middle and advanced vocational and technical schools and training institutions. Can meet the teaching requirement of structure composition, working principle, fault setting and diagnostic of electronical controlled pneumatic suspension system
2. Basic Configuration
Control Computer ECU, detection panels, suspension assembly, height sensor (4), steering sensor, compressors, height control valve (4), various analog signal devices, digital display meter, training panel, diagnostic seat, leakage protection, DC12V power supply, pressure gauges, ignition switch, ignition key, mobile frame and casters, relays and fuse boxes, power switch and other components.
3. Features
1. Based on electronical controlled air suspension, demonstrate the structure composition and adjustment process of electronical controlled suspension system
2. Simulate work processes of air suspension system to automatically raise, lower and damping changing under various driving conditions. Deepen students' understanding of the principles.
3. The training sets are equipped with electronically controlled automatic transmission system colored schematics and detection terminal, various signal parameters of the sensors, solenoid valves can be detected by special instruments. For example, voltage, resistance, frequency, etc;
4. Mobile device with locking casters which easy to move and facilitate to teach
5. The training units equipped with diagnostic communication link can be connected to a dedicated or general- auto decoders, electronically controlled automatic transmission system for read fault codes, clear fault codes read the data stream and other diagnostic functions;
6. The training panel installed with light-emitting diode to display working condition of each circuit, the digital meter shows operating voltage changes of the height sensors

1) For our exported equipments, the Warranty is one year, within one year, if there is any problem for spare parts(except damage by man-made) We can supply and replace free of charge. And if after one year, we also supply the service. The difference is user need to pay it.
