Double Flour Mill is a new kind of product which is designed and manufactured based on the absorption of similar domestic machines. The machine is characterized with a compact construction, innovative design, flexible and reliable operation and high production efficiency. It is made of manganese plate with cast iron base to work smoothly. Synchronous driving belts and eccentric wheels make an efficient structure to extend its service life. Manual and pneumatic control makes an easy operation. Flexible control of independently driving feeding system ensures grinding after feeding. The Roller bearings are dismantled easily by hydraulic pressure instead of manual hammering to keep a fine precision.

The process of flour milling (from corn to milled into corn flour) usually consist of the following: 1. corn storage (silos, or warehouse)
2. Cleaning system (sifter, destoner, seprater, magnet, scourer, etc)
3. Milling system (roller mill, plansifter, purifier, impact detacher, etc.)
4. Flour packing and stacking
