4. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas(C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.
Environment friendly:
1. Well water dedusting system can avoid black smoke.
2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution
3. Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.

Reactor:
The host is composed by reactor, fire channel, outer packaging, slag discharge mouth and etc.
1). Reactor---Pyrolysis waste tyre/rubber/plastic. Build-in spiral plate, which is convenient for automatically feeding and slagging.
2). Fire channel---Composed by several furnaces, which is high utilization rate and energy saving.
3). Outer packaging---Adopting several layers of refractory material inside. Be made of steel plate outside which is solid, good looking and sealing well.
4). Slag discharge mouth---Is used for automatically slagging.
2. Catalyst chamber---Reduce the speed of oil gas.
It has 3 functions: 1)catalysis. 2)dust removing, with the special design, the dust will sink, and the gas get through, avoid congestion. 3)decompress.
3. Oil-water separator---separate oil gas and water; First water closing for safety.
This device, it can avoid the gas go back to the furnace.
4. Condensers---The better the condensing effect is, the more oil you will get.
5. Anti-back fire device---Through this device, the exhaust gas(C1-C2)can be recycled and reuse as burning material.
6. Auto-feeder----It can shorten the feeding time and save energy for you.
7. Vacuum devices---It can lower the pyrolysis temperature. And it can prevent the steam out.
