A: The Seller warrants that the baler machine will be of high-class quality of the material and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from final performance acceptance. The Seller shall repair or replace at his own cost any equipment or parts thereof found to be defective during the guarantee period. If repair is caused by our machine itself, we will take responsible and the Buyer no needs to pay any money; If repair is caused by operator's improper use, we will not take responsible. We can provide technical communication and guidance at any time by telephone or mail.
B: The guarantee for replaced parts which have been supplied during the guarantee period is also twelve (12) months.
