Introduction
Jiaheng is the China leading producer of hydraulic tipping cylinders for the commercial vehicle industry. Jiaheng designs and manufactures a complete range of telescopic tippling cylinders, piston cylinders, single-acting cylinders, double-acting cylinders, both for front-end and underbody applications. The Jiaheng Cylinder is lightweight, uses less oil and therefore tips and lowers faster and is strong, stable and maintenance free.
Jiaheng Telescopic Cylinders
The standard Jiaheng Cylinder includes Front-end Cylinders with Outer Cover, with Eye type, named Guillaume cylinders. Double acting cylinders are also available. Tipping capacity ranges to 160T. In addition to our standard features, Jiaheng offers an incorporated damper, imported seal kits, several surface treatments. All of Jiaheng Cylinders are hard chromed.
The standard front-end cylinders with a diameter of 80 to 230mm and a stroke ranging from 900 to 8370mm, the standard Guillaume cylinders with a diameter from 90 to 230mm and a stroke from 3000 to 6180mm. Tippers with sloping headboard generally are fitted with an Guillume cylinder or front-end with a short cover.
