1. The features of the machine
The machine structure adopt 3-roller symmetrical structure with the upper roller moving vertically in the center between the two lowers, which is achieved through the drive of the screw, the nut, the worm and the lead screw. The two lower rollers rotates, and provides the plate material with the gear of the lower rollers.
This machine belongs to mechanical drive, there is central distance between two lower rollers. The top roller is installed in the middle of two lower roller and is fixed on the fixed bearing block and tipping bearing block, matching with lead screw, screw, worm wheel, worm and reducer, the top roller makes up-down movement droved by assistant motor, and press the plate from up position and there is lower rollers under the plate. The lower roller makes rotation through tallying the gears (which drives lower roller) and the gear of reducer to make torque on the plate.
The machine is of good structure and few fault. The machine is easy to be operated and easy to get the work piece out, since it has hydraulic drop end and is set with electric cabinet.
2. The main body structure
The whole machine is made up of top roller, lower rollers, main drive, left/right frame, chassis.
Top roller device: Top roller bearing seat, top roller and sliding bearing. The top roller is medium frequency induction hardening. The hardness is 40-50HRC.
The lower roller is main drive, it provides power through the engagement of the output gear of main drive with the input gear of the lower roller. The lower roller is medium frequency induction hardening. And the hardness is 40-50HRC.
The main drive device is made up of main motor, cylindrical gear reducer and the brake with electro-hydraulic push rod. The lower rollers rotate clockwise and counter-clockwise and supply the plate materials with torque through the engagement of reducer with open gear.
The vice-electrical motor achieves the positive and negative movement through reducer, transmission shaft, worm gear pair thread and etc to raise and lower the top roller. The clutch on the transmission shaft adjust the parallelism between the upper and lower rollers.
Fixed frame and chassis are welding parts, eliminating internal stress after welding. The chassis is equipped with frame, gear case motor and etc, process the whole body after welding and annealing.
3. Working Principle
The bottom roller bring along the plate and make the plate moving front and back, the top roller compact the plate and make the plate move down to let the plate become arc. Idiographic specking, the bottom roller is droved through the main speed reducer and the gear, it's friction force let the plate move, the top roller move vertical, and the plate is coiled gradually.
