The machine adopts 3-roller symmetrical structure with the upper roller moving vertically in the center between the two lower rollers, which is achieved through the drive of the screw, the nuts, the worm and the lead screw, the two lower rollers rotates, and provides the plate materials with torque through the engagement of the output gear of the moderator with the gear of the lower rollers. The disadvantage of the machine is that the ends of the plate materials need to have the help from other equipment for prebending.
The working principle/character
The machine is threee roller symmetrical rolling machine, the upper roller make vertical movement in the middle of the two bottom rollers. The bottom rollers will make rotary movement sequentially to make the plate bending.
The upper roller is drived by screw worm. The output gear of reducer will connect the input gear of the bottom rollers to provide torque. The plate will be placed at the bottom rollers.
Under the press of the upper roller and rotary of the bottom rollers, the working function will be into force through several produce of rolling.
W11Mechanicla rolling machine can not provide any pre-bending function, so this process should be achieved by other euipment and procedure.
And also will leave some right-angle edge after rolling.
