2. Changing a set of plate roller(fastened after unloaded 8pcs old plate roller and loaded 8pcs new plate roller), it need 25 minutes only.
3. After plate rollers initially loaded, the electric Quick Color Registering System (QCRS) in quantitative & positioning can achieve the horizontal & vertical color registering within 1min. At suggested speed at 50m/min.
4. Production speed is up to 180m/min, registering allowance+/-0.1mm, the registering accuracy does not fluctuate during speed up or down.
5. Substrate's tension is held during machine paused, avoids substrate shifted.
6. Automatic twin channel winding unit, achieving auto substrate rolls switching/ unloading on running status and no need to speed down.
