Room system:
1) wall board: 60mm, imported CSR rock wool insulated material, with rebar inside, solid structure, strong flame-retardant, good insulated and not easy to deformable when handling or assembling.
2) Basement: Environmental galvanized steel, fixed by anti-rust pipes(40*80mm), high strength, beautiful, durable, equiped with 3 rows of galvanized floor grids, 2 rows of anti-skid plate.
3) Ramp: Anti-skid board
Air circulation system:
1) a set of 7.5kw turbo fan for air-intake, capacity: 25000m3/h; 1 set of 7.5kw turbo fan for air-exhaust, capacity: 25000m3/h, low noise, big air capacity, power-saving.
2) The whole system has two automatic dampers and 20N actuator produced in Switzerland to ensure the room circulation of interior and exterior in good state when baking. One of damper is fixed on the upper of exhaust door to adjust the air capacity.
Air Filter System:
1) Two filter layer structures: Crude and refined filter. Crude filter: Domestic high quality nonwoven cotton, can catch the dust larger than 10 um, fixed on the vent door of generator, there is an adjustable door for its replacing. Refined filter: BAOCHI 600G high quality filter cotton made by customization, multi-layers, dust holding capacity more than 420g/square meters, fixed on the bottom of plenum, supported by coated top net, beautiful and easy to replace. The whole filter system has a big dust holding capacity, low windage, long lifecycle. The filter rate is more than 98%.
2) A bird preventing net on the air inlet door, drawer-type device which can avoid paint sticking on fans.
Heating System:
Short-wave infrared heating lamp, can be used more than5, 000-hour, higher efficiency in drying paint. With swing lifting design, you can use it more conveniently.
Lighting System
1) Fix lamp boxes on upper sides and middle sides of room system. Upper lamp boxes are fixed at 45 degree angle, made up of 32 PCS of 36W Philip lamps and Sanxiong electronic lamp holders; Middle lamps are made of 20 PCS of 36W Philip lamps and Sanxiong electronic ballasts, fixed on the middle of wallboards by 10 groups. The room illumination can reach to more than 1000Lux.
Electric Control System
1) The main parts of it is selected from brands at home and abroad, specially designed. The whole system is stable, reliable, convenient and accurate. The main circuit has multi-protection and can automatically display all the work process and the fault condition.
2) There are light switch, temperature time setting, spraying, baking, emergency stop, failure alarm, over temperature alarming, hour meter on it. The whole working process can be set in a time.
Environmental System
Use 7.5KW centrifugal fan, multi-layers paint filter device and active carbon filter device, reach the national standard(Integrated emission standard fo air pollutants). - Payment: T/T in advance
