Pure sulfuric acid 55 ~70 g/L
Chloride ion 70 ~ 120 mg/L
Make-up agent EXULTRA-MU 6~8ml/L
Brightener EXULTRA-A 0.4~0.6ml/L
Brightener EXULTRA-B 0.4~0.6ml/L
Temperature 20~35 degree
Cathode current density 1~6 A/dm²
Anode current density 0.5~2.5 A/dm²
Anode phosphorous copper anode(0.03~0.06% phosphorous)
3.Application and Advantage:
