Applications:
Mainly used for stone marking and soft metal engraving, such as working on marble, granite, basalt, aluminum, copper, etc. You can also use this router as the normal CNC router to work on wood, acrylic and other nonmetal materials.

1. Base Frame: The base frame is made of heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration device, the gantry supports are enhanced so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.
2. Big Power Water cooling Spindle with water cooling system: Quality 4.5kw water-cooling spindle performs powerfully and stably in machining on marble and soft metal, also with solid wood, MDF, acrylic, and plastics, etc; Water cooling system can spray water during machining, makes your job more safe and clean. Series of tools are available, for example, diameter 3.175mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 12.7mm
3. Gear Rack and Square rails: We use precision gear racks for Y axis, carefully installed and regulated by experienced worker with special purpose instrument, this assures smooth motion and long term reliability. We use 25MM linear square guide from THK for XYZ axis, it is an ultra-heavy type that achieves a deep grooved raceway with its diameter more approximate to the ball diameter and has high rigidity, vibration and shock resistance, and damping characteristics. Beside, it is mounted on the upper surface of the steel pipe for greater loading bearing and more steady motion.
4. Ball Screw: Quality TBI Anti-Backlash center driven ball screws with 25mm or 40mm diameter and 0.01mm repositioning accuracy. The combination of ball screw and gear rack offers accurate and high speed machining.
5. Stepper Motor: High-power subdivided stepper motor with outstanding wearability and resistance to powerful and fast machining, it offers long-term maintenance-free solution.
6. Electric Cabinet: All the electrical components are housed and wired in a mobile, double door electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. Every wire is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.
7. NC Studio Controller: PC based NC Studio Controller with more friendly human/machine interface/HMI, fully executed with computer. It well realizes high-speed and high-precision motion control. Better anti-interference performance due to control signal adopting differential signal input/output, featured as power failure protection function, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent look-ahead, reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint memory and block skip, etc.
8. Water Tank: Stainless steel water tank to hold the water inside the table tank, special for SD series router.
