Singway (sigma) anti-oxidation solder bars are different from those products arising from common cast manufacturing technology adopted by other manufactures, which often generates numerous dross un-molten solder, and rapidly turn molten solder surface into yellow and brown colors when applied to wave-soldering machine. In order to avoid this occurrence during production of solder bars, Singway(sigma) has adopted vacuum nitrogen protection technologies for melting, casting and pressing, in addition to unique metal oxygen content control formula. This is aimed at ensuring the high purity of Singway (sigma) anti-oxidation solder bar. Even if applied to wave soldering machine over a long period of time, it can efficiently control the oxygen content of both the superficial and internal part of metals so as to minimize the amount of dross and maintain the solder liquid as bright as "the surface of mirror".
