Glove Boxes Working Principle
Box and gas purification system, form a sealed environment, filled with inert gas or nitrogen to the
cabinets, and circulation to remove internal active substances, allowing the system always maintain
high cleanliness and high purity inert purification Vacuum Glove Box Parameter gas environment(water, oxygen are equipment a 1 ppm below).
Glove Boxes Basic configuration
Box, airlock, tool airlock, shelves, transparent visualization panel, gloves, electrical outlet, lighting
system, standby interface, HEPA filters, vacuum and pressure gauges, foot controller, gas
purification system, control system, pressure sensing instrument, vacuum pump.
Glove Boxes Optional configuration
Water sensing instrument, oxygen sensing instrument, heating airlock, microscope, cryogenic
refrigerator, liquid injection device , sealing device, welding sealing device, high temperature furnace
or heating device, transmission device and the mechanical arm, dust laminar flow devices, incubator,

Cabinet water and oxygen content under the standard condition: ≤1ppm (Note: Standard condition is that an atmospheric pressure, constant temperature of 20 degree).
Leakage Rate: ≤0.05Vol%/ h (subject to change value of oxygen content in box)
Used Gases
a) Working Gases: N2,Ar,He and etc.
b) Controlling Gases: Compressed air or Inert Gas.
C) Restoring Gases: Mixed gas of working gas and hydrogen.
Restoring gas is as same as working gas if there is only water removal system or oxygen removal system.
Remarks: All Single side boxes of 4 gloves are assembled glove box. Numbers of assembled box can be ordered as per customer's needs. Quantity of purification column is also designed to be matched according to customer's requirements. |

After Sales Service
Our factory has one year free after-sales service. The details are as follows:
a) Some easy broken parts are sent free together with the main machine, such as belt gears, etc.
b) We have cooperated with distributors in some countries: India, Vietnam, Korea, Netherland,
South Africa, etc. If some problems cannot be solved, you are advised to find our local distributors.
Some maintenance skills have been trained.
c) If the distributors can not solve the problems, you are advised to send us those problems photos.
Then we will shot one video of how to solve those problems.
