NICHEM 1100 Bright Auto-Catalytic Nickel Plating

Application and Advantage:
Excellent solderability of deposit.
Fully bright deposit, good flexibility.
High tolerance against metal impurities.
High hardness, hardness of deposit can reach 500~600 V.H.N, and it can reach 900~1000 V.H.N after 400°C hot treatment.
5.  Suitable to be used in roller operating.
6.  Brass and Copper are not applicable in this process.
7.  Bath age: 10 MTOs or depending on requirement on deposit.
