Details:
1.X Gantry:Linear rail fitting surface uses shoulder support.The permissible error of shoulder processing parallelism is less than 0.02mm.Consider the overall stress of machinery, X-Rail is installed vertically, which can effectively increase the degree of force and improve the mechanical stability under high-speed operation.Z-Rail and Y-Rail are both installed in parallel direction.
2.Machine Table:To assure accuracy, locating pin is used as auxiliary part in machinery installation.X direction and the base are fixed by eight M12 screws (four screws in each side) with strength of 12.9 levels.It can effectively ensure the strength of the main connecting parts of machinery, and keep long-term stability of the mechanical part.
3.Working Table:HT250 full cast body, high-temperature tempering, natural aging process, and annealing the place of surface and part hardening in pouring process, which can efficiently prevent deformation after processing.Aging treatment for more than six months before finishing can eliminate internal stress better, ensure the machine to work long hours without deformation
4.Z Axis Plate:The integrated bearing block is designed innovatively, once shaped by processing center.Ensure relative size accuracy.Double angles contact ball bearing to provide effective support for axial forces.Generally, single deep groove ball bearing is fixed, error caused by movement about 0.06-0.1mm;Dual groove ball bearing is fixed in superimposed way, error caused by movement about 0.06mm or so;Double angles contact ball bearing is fixed, error caused by movement about 0.02mm.
5.Spindle Holder (back side):Reinforcement ribs of spindle clamp are arranged by cross-clamping of four in front and three at back, firmly holding the spindle, meanwhile reducing weight and inertia.
6.Spindle Holder (front side):Professional spindle angles contact ball bearings (P5 level), effectively eliminating the bearing clearance.
7.Y axis plate:Consider the motion characteristics of moving parts, it is necessary to ensure the strength, but also reduce the weight.To strengthen connection of different parts, we use grid design in casting the mold.Reduce the thickness of the casting products while ensuring the strength requirements.

2.Circular Chuck:This item will be needed when you want to engrave or marking on round shape pieces, such as copper stamps, it can fix the working parts tightly during processing.
3.Removable Rotary Axis:If you want to make a 3D job, engrave& marking on bottle, pens, or any other column items, this option will be necessary.We can make it removable on flat table, which make your job much more convenient.
