Application and Description
These are not suitable to be installed for laying in tubes, under and surface mounting of plaster and also in closed installation conduits. These are not allowed to install for direct laying on cable trays, channel or tanks. These types are permitted for the inner wiring of equipment, distributor and switchboards and also for protective laying to the lightings with a nominal voltage up to 1000 V alternating current or up to 750 V direct current against earth.

We are able to produce electrical wires and cables based on GB, JB, IEC, BS, DIN, ASTM, JIS, NF, AS/NZS, CSA, etc. Meanwhile, we can design and manufacture the cables according to the samples and technical specification the customer supply.
Q. Does your company have ability to new design?
We have our own R&D team, and we are glad to work on customer new design.
Q. What is the min. order quantity?
It depends on the type and size of electrical wires and cables. For some small electrical wires, 100 meters can be accepted .But for the power cables with medium or high voltage that should comply with the property of installed equipments. Anyhow, we will try our best to solve the problem and meet with the requirement If you have special request.
Q. What is the production capacity per week or per month?
For the bare conductor, we can finish 3000 tons within one month. For power cables, that depends on the type and size. The total output value per month is approx. USD3, 000,000.00 for insulated aluminum cables and that is approx. USD8, 000,000.00 for insulated copper cables.
Q. How do you keep your cable and wire quality?
Dear customer, please be sure that every meter of our cable and wire has quality assurance, before shipping, the cable and wire would be checked one by one with test report confirmed. Proper standard package protects cable and wire in safe.
