The model is modified on the basis of MQ8260A, and intened for use in automobile, tractor diesel engine works and their repair shops to grind the journals and crankpins of crankshafts.
1. Three different work spees are obtainable by the use of the belts in the workhead
2. Users can choose to use either union chucks or cross chucks in the headstock and tailstock according to their own performance.
3.Friction coupling is used in the headstock transmission chain for its easy adjustment
4.Table longitudinal movement is effected by manual or auto, can be digitally displayed at a resolution of 0.005mm
5. Wheelhead rapid approach and withdrawal is effected through hydraulic means ca be digitally displayed at a resolution of 0.005mm
6.The wheel spindle being of 80mm in diameter has good rigidity and strength
7.Roller ways are for wheelhead movement
8.The bed ways and wheel head ways are lubricated in a automatic cycle by means of the oil pump.
