Accredited by the Ministry of Commerce of P. R. China, Ningbo Arts & Crafts Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. Specializes in import and export, international forwarding agency, and labor service export. Founded in 1987, it has expanded into a comprehensive international trade firm with some 100 staff members and current registered capital of 120 million RMB yuan.

In 1994, it was ranked one of the 500 Largest Exporters in China's mainland, and has retained its prestige afterwards. In 1995, it became the city's first foreign trade enterprise with yearly export value exceeding US$100 million. It has registered over the past seven years a total of US$2 billion in export sales with proceeds worth over 100 million RMB yuan. From the early 2005, the company started collaboration with Shanshan Holdings Corp. For shifting from its sole state-proprietorship to a company limited with diversified holdings.
